Overview: The Fellowship Coordinator plays a critical role on the Education Leadership Team by being on the primary supervisor for our Education Fellowship team and the overall manager of the Fellowship program. This person provides ongoing mentorship, training and professional development for our core front-line educators (Fellows).
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: mentoring and training 8-10 environmental educators, managing a robust schedule and equitably assigning education fellows to tasks, training staff on K-12 programming, adventure programming, and JEDI skills, and more.

Overview: Serving over 40,000 meals a year our kitchen is always busy. Join a team of passionate individuals creating locally sourced meals from scratch. Our kitchen provides meals for all our schools, camps, retreats and adult programming. We cook with locally sourced ingredients including fresh produce from our own working Trapp Farm.
This person will prepare food according to the menu for groups ranging from 15-150 people, follow and comply with established procedures including health and sanitation and adhere to safe work practices, and provide excellent customer service.

Overview:
Osprey Wilds seeks an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Development Director to lead and expand Osprey Wilds’ fundraising efforts in support of its mission to inspire environmental stewardship.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, and mission-focused, with a strong drive to identify and cultivate new funding opportunities while deepening relationships with existing donors. The Development Director will foster a culture of philanthropy within Osprey Wilds that prioritizes relational over transactional connections. Working with Osprey Wilds’ Executive Director, marketing and communications team, and board members, the Development Director will help build awareness and engagement for Osprey Wilds’ work.
The Development Director manages all fundraising activities to advance Osprey Wilds’ programs, including prospecting, cultivating, and stewarding individual, corporate, and foundation gifts, planned giving; and coordinating the annual appeal, capital campaigns, special initiatives, and events.

Charter School Department Openings
Overview:
The Authorizing Specialist, School Sustainability will work with the Osprey Wilds Charter School Division (CSD) team to conduct oversight and evaluation of authorized schools consistent with Osprey Wilds’ mission, vision, and state-approved authorizing plan. This position takes the lead role on key elements of school performance evaluation and oversight particularly related to the educational program, including instruction and assessment. This position is also primarily responsible for overseeing the development of improvement plans by schools on probation for academic performance, oversight of new school ready-to-open activities, and processing site and grade level expansion applications from existing schools. This role is key in ensuring the CSD is
increasing the quality of OW’s charter school portfolio.

Farm Fellow | Seasonal
Overview: Gain experience on our 107-acre Trapp Farm as we grow produce in what will be our fifth season of production! Grow high quality, nutrient dense food while stewarding the land and adding to your farming skills. You will work with our farm manager(s), Operations Director, volunteers and other workers while doing a wide variety of farm tasks. This position is a physically demanding job and often works alone.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: fieldwork (soil prep, planting, weeding, cultivation, harvest), processing (washing, weighing, packing), and farm infrastructure projects.
