This class starts with a fresh lunch with ingredients right from our farm. After lunch, learn everything there is to know about canning using a hot water bath. We will be using strawberries, rhubarb, lemon, pectin and butter. This is a hands-on day! Please let us know if you have any allergies before class.
An optional tour of Trapp Farm will take place at 10 am. Learn about our no-till methods and how we grow produce organic techniques and what we have in store for the farm this year.
