Join our Education Director and former MNDNR Aquatic Resources Education Specialist, Nadine Meyer, for an activity packed day focused on Minnesota Fishes and Ice Fishing. Participants will make their own ice fishing jiggle stick to use that day and take home, practice ice and winter safety, learn how fish survive the winter and more! This is a family-friendly event, ages 4 and up will make jiggle sticks, children ages 0-3 are free and will not make jiggle sticks.
$50 per person
Pricing includes lunch and supplies for the day. All participants will leave with their very own jiggle stick and new ice fishing skills!

About WILD Workshops
WILD Workshops allow a community or staff member member to offer a class that takes place on our campus in Sandstone, Minnesota. These classes are created for adults, but younger students (16+) with parental supervision are welcome to join. Lunch will be provided.
