Donor Appreciation Day

A complimentary full day of fun, food, and fellowship to thank you, our supporters, for all you do to help Osprey Wilds build a community connected and committed to the environment.
Tours
Blacklock Campus
- Get a guided introduction to Osprey Wild’s new property, the former Blacklock Nature Sanctuary, recently donated to Osprey Wilds by Craig and Honey Blacklock. Tours are at 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm and last 3 hours.
Trapp Farm
- See the sustainable farming operations underway at Osprey Wild’s Trapp Farm and learn about planned developments. Tours at 9 am, 10 am, and 11 am.
Grindstone Lake
- Join Executive Director Bryan Wood for a relaxing and informative pontoon cruise on beautiful Grindstone Lake. Tours start at 9 am, 10:30am, 1 pm, 2:30 pm and last 1.5 hours.
Open Wildlife Barn
- Get up close and personal with some of our educational wildlife and education staff. Tour from 1:30-3:30 pm
Recreation
- High Ropes Course from 10 am – 12 pm & 1:30-3:30 pm.
- Canoes, paddles and lifejackets are available from 10 am – 12 pm.
- Swimming
- Hiking

Lunch (Noon)
Enjoy a barbecue-style meal, followed by brief remarks by Executive Director Bryan Wood and Development Director Jim DeYoung.
Social Hour (4 pm)
Following the sculpture unveiling at 4:00 pm, enjoy drinks and small plates and an opportunity to hear from the artist.
SNEAK PREVIEW! Be among the first to view the land art creation, Loop 1, and meet the artist, Bill Mitchell. Bill Mitchell is an artist living and working in Lancaster, Wisconsin, exhibiting regionally and nationally. His work revolves around the exploration of systems, patterns, connections and the natural world, with landscape design a bridge to his current work. He creates site-specific works with natural found objects, embracing their impermanence, sustainability and renewability.
